Our Villa is just two minutes from Villamartin, which has hosted the Mediterranean Golf Open. The Villamartin Complex is lively and consists of many international cuisine restaurants and wide variety of bars looking onto a lovely plaza – great place to spend an evening. There are also two other golf courses Campoamor and Las Ramblas just 5 minutes drive away. There are many safe sandy beaches in the area which meet EU standards just 6 minutes drive away. La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Campoamor and Playa Palmeras with beach bars serving cool drinks , meals and tapas. The Villa benefits from air conditioning, two floor standing fans for your comfort, it also has a roof top solarium with sun beds, patio table & chairs, B.B.Q and a shower to cool down when things get too hot; there is an additional set of patio table & chairs on the front porch. The apartment is always cleaned and fitted with clean bed linen before guests arrive. The main living area is spacious and offers ample room for dining with an open plan feature into the well appointed fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine in the utility room. For your safety all windows are double glazed and benefit from external shutters, security grills and for peace of mind we have a floor safe in the master bedroom for safe keeping of your valuables Passports etc. The closest beach Campormar is 5 minute’s drive and only one of many along the coast line. You will also find a marina here. Torrevieja has its own extensive beach and is the main town. It has many restaurants and bars. The marina there is a very popular place for a lazy lunch. In the evening the town comes alive with bustling market stalls.Whether you’re looking for a relaxing break,busy nightlife, great food, fantastic golf, superb beaches or a bit of everything why not spend some time where the sun shines 300 days a year.
