This propery has everything required to live in. The apartment has a security entrance and 2 elevators. The quality of fittings is excellent, ideal for short term breaks, if you are visiting the area and want to experience the lifestyle available this is perfect. Not situated in a busy, buzzing area, but perfect for a base where REAL people live, and work. The beach is only across the road, the marina is only 10 mins walk. There are plenty of restaurants; traditional spanish, tapas, chinese, pizza and of course, a couple of good quality British run bars. There is a public swimming pool and entertainment area just round the corner. Public transport is just round the corner so there is no need to hire a car. If you would like a tranfer from the airport, to the apartment and returned to the airport, we can organize this. Just send us an email with your flight details. All towels and bed clothes are supplied, cleaning is done before your arrival, but should you require an extra clean during long periods of rental we can organize this.
