Our 1st floor maisonette is on the outskirts of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, about 30 miles south of Alicante airport and 30 miles north of Murcia (San Javier) airport. It has its own south west facing balcony and roof terrace which has sun all day all year. The property can accommodate a maximum of six and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year. It has a separate fully fitted kitchen. Its south western aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there. There is hot and cold air conditioning. It also has its own private resident’s pool, which is open all year round. Torrevieja is an ideal location for a summer or winter sun holiday with an average of 320 days sunshine each year. It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with five courses all within 20 minutes of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, The Habernaras Shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex all within walking distance. It is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. It is a 5 minute drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches so therefore car hire is not essential.
It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with five courses all within 20 minutes of the apartment. With a further 10 within 40 minutes.
