The property is luxurious with large rooms, a large roof top solarium and optional air conditioning. It has a large private pool which is shared by 3 other villas and a purpose built barbeque area. The house overlooks both the sea and the pool. This large modern 4 bedroom 2 bathroom semi-detached villa is set in a peaceful, quiet residential area, 2 miles from Torrevieja town centre and only 200 yds from the sea. There is a small beach at the bottom of the road and 2 larger beaches, 1 with facilities, within walking distance. The Villa can only be described as luxurious, being completely re-decorated and refurbished in May 2004. There are 15 restaurants and at least 3 supermarkets all within a 15 minute walk, as well as local shops and bars.
